Things have been super busy, as is evidenced by the time interval between my last blog entry and this one! Let me fill you in on some of the happenings! Most importantly, we had a great show at the Washington County Fairgrounds in Greenwich NY in May. I sold some beautiful pieces to some lucky people-I hope you are still enjoying them! We were set up for three days. The first day was Early Buyer day which started out briskly, then came to a screeching halt! But we still had fun-the other vendors around us were terrific people, and it was truly enjoyable to pass the time with them. We were lucky to be placed next to Bill and Bill , who were great conversationalists and courteous, friendly and fun! The people from Fairground Shows NY were also wonderful. The show is organized nicely, and convenient for vendors and customers alike. Special thanks to Michael (and everyone else!) for such a terrific job. Please mark your calendars, because we will be doing this show once again, in August on the 3rd, 4th and 5th. We are going to be in building 3 (actually it’s a pole barn-open on the sides), and we will have a corner booth, space 1E. In addition to vintage jewelry, I plan on bringing some hats, gloves, and scarves to this show. Check out my photo albums-I have a few pictures from the show.
Looking forward, we will also be showing at the Round Lake NY Antiques Fair. I do not yet know our space assignment. As soon as we get it, I’ll post it here. The show dates are June 23 and 24. Please see http://www.allmanpromotions.com/antique_shows/round_lake.htm for details. I hope to see some returning customers there!
As always, feel free to shop from the website at https://www.pinkchapeau.com in between shows. Remember, not all of our merchandise is listed on the site. If there is something special you are looking for, email me, and I may have it!
